Business Development Associate (Education Sales)

We are seeking Business Development Associates with a background in education sales to join our team in Cuttack, Odisha. Ideal candidates will leverage their sales experience to drive admissions and business growth in the education industry.

The role involves generating admissions through targeted marketing activities, school visits, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Successful candidates will contribute to meeting set targets and capitalizing on business opportunities within a specified territory.

• Conduct seminars in schools and residential areas
• Visit schools to meet with principals and coordinators
• Ensure excellent customer experience during home visits
• Close admissions and enroll students effectively
• Liaise with local tuition teachers to explore business opportunities

• At least 6 months to 3 years of sales experience
• Background in education sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines

• Competitive salary up to 6 LPA
